Calculator terms of use

You need an account to use the calculator. Registration gives you every feature with no product limit.

1. Operator and contact

2. Calculator and account

The calculator explores costs, product prices and the value of craft work. Your account contains your products and settings.

3. Registration and sign-in

Enter your email and open the single-use sign-in link we send you. Your first sign-in creates an account. You do not need a password. Registering means accepting these terms; the Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed.

4. Features

Registration gives you free access to all calculations, craft templates, account storage and printable price cards. There is no product limit.

5. Saving calculations

Once signed in, your products and settings are saved to the server. Your browser also keeps a local copy in case the connection fails. The calculator shows the save status; changes sync when the connection returns.

6. Account management and deletion

Request a copy of your data through Account → Request my data. Delete your account through Account → Delete account. It is deactivated immediately and its data is permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing in within that period restores it.

7. Availability and results

We maintain the service with reasonable professional care. Results depend on your inputs and the calculation model. Template values are examples; replace them with your own. You decide your product prices and other business choices.

7a. Nature of the service — informational computation tool, not advice

The calculator is an informational computation tool only. Calculations are generated automatically from data you enter. It is not tax advisory under Slovak Act No. 78/1992 Coll., legal services under Act No. 586/2003 Coll., investment advisory under Act No. 566/2001 Coll., or financial intermediation under Act No. 186/2009 Coll. Verify results with your accountant or tax advisor before making decisions.

It constitutes online information generated automatically by software from data entered by the customer (Art. 7(g) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 282/2011). The service does not provide personalised recommendations or opinions; built-in checks (e.g. minimum wage comparison) are automated computations from your inputs, not advice.

8. Languages and models

Slovak and Czech use their respective calculation models. English uses the Slovak model. The model country is selected at registration and stays assigned to the account.

9. Technical questions

For an account or calculation problem, email kalkulacka@wovenrag.com. Explain what happened and which browser you use. Do not send sign-in links or security codes.

10. Changes to these terms

We notify registered users by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Each version carries its date and version identifier.

Include the page, the steps before the problem, the expected result and the actual result. Remove personal and sign-in information from any screenshots.
